Dr. Brandi Johnson

Tampa, FL Foot Doctor

“I believe that patients deserve high quality, comprehensive medical treatment. I feel that this includes an open and honest communication between doctor and patient, treatment options that are up-to-date and scientific evidence based, and a caring and compassionate environment in which I can provide this medical treatment. ”

Dr. Johnson was born and raised in suburban Atlanta, Georgia with a very large extended family and a large immediate family with 2 sisters and 2 brothers. She is now a proud mother of a wonderful 5 year old boy. She can be found at Legoland and cheering on the sidelines at soccer games on her weekends off. She is active in the Brandon community where she is raising her two sons and has a personal interest in do-it-yourself projects, crafts, and cooking.

Dr. Johnson attended the University of Colorado and graduated with a degree in Environmental Population and Organismic Biology with emphasis on pre-medical studies. She was drawn to podiatric medical school because of the diversity of foot and ankle medicine that extended from the conservative care to the most extensive reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. She began podiatric medical school at Barry University in Miami, FL and received a Masters in Biomedical Science and graduated in 2002 with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. She then began her extensive three year surgical residency in Reconstructive Foot, Ankle, and Lower Leg Surgery at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital/Temple University School of Medicine Clinical Campus in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Johnson is Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is Board Certified in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery and Board Certified in Foot Surgery.
